Placing an Order
Depending on your department, you may be required to enter some or all of the following info before you are allowed to place the order:
- Job Number
- EO Number
- Budget Tracker Link
Please follow the below steps each time you need to purchase an item through Amazon Business.
- Log In: Visit https://www.amazon.com.au/ and log in with your Cheil Amazon account. If you don't have one please request an invite from Matthew or Mirae.
- Choose An Item: Search through the item catalog on Amazon Business and select the item you would like to purchase.
- Add to Cart: Once you have decided on an item, add it to the cart. Ensure the quantity and item details are correct before proceeding to checkout.
- Checking Out: Once at checkout you may be presented additional fields, these will be checked by Finance so please fill these in with the required information. If the fields are not relevant for the purchase, please enter N/A.
- Submitting an Order: Once all required information is required you can submit your order for approval. Once submitted, the Finance team will review the information you have provided and the items to be purchased.
- Receiving an Order: When the order has been approved by Finance you will get an email notifying you, then the order's payment will be automatically processed and then dispatched, no further action is required.
Tracking or Returning Your Order

Once your order is approved and payment has been processed, you will be able to track your order from the 'Returns & Orders' section located in the top right corner of the screen on https://www.amazon.com.au/
You will also receive order updates and shipping confirmation emails to your company cheil.com email address.
Returning
If you need to return an item you can also initiate this through the 'Returns & Orders' section. Before initiating a return it's a good idea to notify the finance team so they can link any refunds to the order placed. If you need any help with a return, contact the IT Admin or Office Manager for assistance.
