Access to Amazon Business is by invitation only. Users can be invited by the IT Admin or Office Manager, but require prior approval from Ellena.
Every order placed must be approved by a finance member on Amazon before it will be processed by the seller
Overview
Amazon Business has been configured to streamline the process of purchasing from Amazon for both purchasers and the finance team.
Each user has their own account, but since all accounts are linked to Cheil Australia, it is easy to determine who made a purchase on the account, and maintain full visibility of company wide Amazon purchases and invoices for the finance team.
